How we work

Every claim starts with the documents: the policy wording, the claim file and the insurer’s letters. We explain what they mean for you in plain language, tell you honestly when a claim is weak, and keep you informed at each step.

The hospital finder

We built the cashless hospital finder because the first question in most claims is simply whether the hospital is on the insurer’s list. The data is compiled from insurer and TPA websites and refreshed periodically; the date of collection is shown on every page.
